Quicktime - DNxHR/DNxHD MXF OP1a (.mov and .mxf)

Hi, I need to learn about best PRESET or best FORMAT settings for .mov and .mxf . I just wanna present like a best .
First of all I'm not a professional about on Adobe p.p . Please give me basic information while writing to explain that.

I'm working on music video for the sony. They wanted me .mov and .mxf format and I dont a have a lot of experience on this format. I never exported before that.
Also I hearted some info. about best quality that .mxf and .mov like presets for an example ;

Quicktime - GoPro CineForm RGB 12-bit with alpha at Maximum Bit Depth  for .mov
DNxHR/DNxHD MXF OP1a - DNxHR RGB 444 10-bit for .mxf
