Rotate a sequence - not a clip - to portrait

Question

I have a sequence with around 100 clips and assorted titles. I need to rotate the entire thing. Obviously I don't want to edit sideways, so I edit normally. Simply rotating a clip is not a solution. I need the entire sequence rotated so the video is 1920 wide and 1080 tall, so that when the TV is turned sideways the video is the correct orientation.  I've done this in the past by nesting the sequence to a new sequence, then rotating the nested sequence. But for some reason the nested sequence is cropping the video to the original width.  So I have a rotated sequence, but it won't go wider than 1080, and stays 1920 tall.

Found the solution - posting it here because I've seen this question all over the web.

Nest the sequence - you'll have a new, nested sequence that can be treated as a single clip. Double-click the nested sequence / open it. Go to the sequence properties and change the dimensions. My original was 1920 tall, 1080 wide (for ease of editing.) I changed this to 1920 wide and 1080 tall. Save changes. Next rotate the nested sequence. It's important to rotate AFTER you change the dimensions, otherwise your nested sequence will get cropped.

I'm using this at a trade show booth for a TV turned sideways (portrait orientation).
