Set Time remapping to greater than 20,000% in Premiere Pro (14.0)

The maximum speed for time remapping has been increased to 20,000 percent. This allows you to create time-lapse footage from very long source clips. Increasing the Time Remapping speed was one of the bigger feature requests I've seen over at User Voice. It has almost 350 requests. Well, it's here now, people. Rejoice!

Since updating to version 14.0 any time remapping results in super choppy or non existant playback for me over the adjusted sections of the clip.

I hope this means the bug that changes the percentage randomly when you select a value betwen 1000% and 9999% has been fixed 🙂
