South Asian and Middle Eastern in Premiere Pro CC 2017 crashes

I upgraded to Premiere Pro CC 2017 and once I try to put Arabic or English title the software will crash when I try to type in the text box.

This problem happens only when I change Preferences\titler to South Asian and Middle Eastern.

Operating system : Windows 10 64-bit

Relevant hardware : 4GB RAM
