screen recorded video is more choppy then original

i used a screen recording app to record athletic film and now its all choppy is there a way to smooth as the video i was trying to record??

    I don't think you can improve the appearance.

    What you were watching/ screen capturing was certainly at a higher frame rate. More frames per second means there is more information per frame and smoother action. Your capture was either set for a low framerate, or your system couldn't keep up and this was the framerate that resulted. Such recordings often use variable framerate (which yours is).

    So even if you interpret the footage to be a higher frame rate, it will still be choppy.

    That said, you could try processing through HandBrake or similar and see how it looks.

    Framerate is 13 fps.

    Use a more standard framerate.
