Hello All,
Using the Skin Edtior in a Web Help project, I added a button, Help Info. On the Action tab of the Custom Toolbar Item I checked the Link radio button, and select the Help Info topic.
When the user click the button, the topic should display. Hwoever, when generating the help file, the button does not display. And in the Preview mode, the button appears but the link does not work.
Obviously, I am missing something. Can someone please enlighten me?
Thanks
CRO

Did you select the button in the wizard when you generated?

Peter,
Once again, my thanks. This wizard is becoming the bane of my existence. Next step will be to have the topic appear as a pop-up. I hoping to find information on that on your web site, or in Rick's Skinny on Skins chm file.
Cheers,
CRO

I'm not sure if that one can be done. I'll defer to Rick's
opinion. 🙂

Have you added the button graphic to the Baggage Files
folder?
Any element that RH has not "seen," or "vetted," (thru the Insert > Image method) does not actually exist in the project and will therefore not appear in your output. (Calling for it in the Skins wizard doesn't count!)
Right click the Baggage Files folder, select New Baggage File, and then find the image in the Select baggage file window.
Good luck,
Leon
