RoboHelp vs. Oracle User Productivity Kit

Participant ,

I have always used RoboHelp to create help files, but now my company is exploring using Oracle's User Productivity Kit. Does anyone know of Oracle UPK, and how or even if it compares? Does anyone know if Oracle UPK only works with Oracle apps? Help I need some good answers.

Welcome to the forum.

I haven't used Oracle's UPK but I am guessing it will be much like the Sun Java Kit. See my site for a topic on that.

Both will produce a help file and other documentation. But see what I say about JavaHelp.

Neither of those tools are high on the list of tools used by authors.
