Привіт, я студент з України і мені потрібно зробити проект, тому мені потрібна програма (Adobe Animate). Я хочу знати, чи є студентські знижки на ліцензії в Україні, чи це тільки для студентів із США?
І що саме я повинна зробити, щоб подіяла знижка (вказати номер Університету чи якийсь документ?) ? Дякую.

you have to have a compliant browser and there are certain network considerations (eg, don't use a vpn). ie, try a different browser. if that fails, try a different network. using a cell phone browser with mobile network connection or public wifi is usually successful.
