플랜 교체 오류

원래 실수로 모든앱 플랜과 포토그래피 플랜을 둘다 구독하고 있었는데요 현재는 똑같은 포토그래피 플랜이 두개 있는 상태입니다.

하나는 활성화 되어있고 하나는 결제 오류로 플랜 취소도 안되는 상황인데요.

두가지 문제에 해결을 문의드립니다

1.중지된 포토그래피 플랜을 삭제하고 싶습니다. 어떻게 해야 할까요?

2.활성화 되어있는 포토그래피 플랜을 크리에이티브 클라우드 모든 앱 플랜으로 변경하고 싶은데 플랜 변경을 시도할 때마다 "오류: 플랜을 사용할 수 없음" 이 뜨며 변경할 수가 없습니다.

contact adobe support to resolve the issues. there are 3 ways to contact adobe; chat, phone and twitter:

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com...
