작년 11월 무료체험 이후 계속 결제가 되고 있었습니다.
11월 이후 한번도 사용하지 않았는데 어도비 구독료는 계속 결제되고 있습니다. 사용하지 않은 월에 한하여 환불을 받고 싶습니다.
계속 자동결제가 되는줄도 몰랐는데 자주 사용하지 않는 마스터카드다 보니까 통장에 금액이 부족한걸 확인하고 나서야 여태 자동결제되는걸 알앗습니다.
환불 요청드립니다.

there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
twitter/x:

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

that's supposed to read, only if you cancel within 14 days trial start.
