1 year subscription SCAM

Recently signed up to lightroom and didnt use it so I tried to cancel it and they offered another 2 months free so I accepted. No where did it say that I am signing up to a year subscription when this trial ends! Now I am trying to cancel and being cahrged 45 GBP?!? This is ridiculous. It is impossible to get a hold of someone to speak to. The chat options dont work and there is no email to contact. How do I contact adobe support??
