Hello . I bought adobe crative . I couldn't cancel the plan because it told me to change my payment method on your page when I entered to cancel during the trial period. I changed my card but it still didn't confirm. So I couldn't cancel my plan. When I entered to cancel later, I saw that 330 TL was withdrawn from my account and if I cancel, a cancellation fee of 1800 TL would be charged. Can you help me please? Unfortunately, I am in a very silly situation. I am a student, I do not have the opportunity to pay this cancellation fee.

Adobe's Annual plans (and Student plans) are for a 12-month commitment. There is a free trial at first, lasting for 7 days. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, then your credit card would be charged. However, there is still a 14-day period after that point in which you can get a full refund.
Here's a guide explaining it all which should help you find the best solution, and possibly save some time or money
What You Should Know Before Canceling Your Adobe Trial or Subscription
Outside of that, we cannot really help further here, as this is primarily a user-to-user forum – so your best bet would be to contact Adobe Customer Care directly.
