Hello guys, so last week-end I wanted to purchase my own subscription to adobe. What i didn't know, is that my school already create me an adobe ID with the same address and now the subscription that I pay disappear and it says that I don't have any subscription.

Can you help me please ?

 

P.S : i'm a french student, so sorry for my bad English.

if you have two different adobe id's (one personal and one for school), there shouldn't be any difficult to resolve problem.

No, is exactly my problem, i use the same, and now they told me that i didn't purchase any subscription because the subscription of my school is done.
