Hi
it seems I have been charinging twice for the same order. The issue is I have 2 different accounts and probably that drove the issue. How to solve it and how to get refund for the double counting from the past?
Any tips?

The order is allocated to one account. If you have 2 accounts and both have a subscription assigned, you have effectively 2 independant subscriptions.
You need to contact customer care for a solution. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device to start the interaction.
