4/3일 구독 결제해서 5/3일 구독 만료라고 나와서

금일 구독 해지했는데 왜 갑자기 또 결제가되나요?

그리고 사용중인 플랜 확인했는데 이 플랜 구독중이지 않다고 나오는데

결제는 2중으로 되고 이러나요?

As per your account subscription, you first purchased the Adobe Creative Cloud all apps on March 12, 2022. Did you purchase the same subscription on March 03, 2024?

Could you specify the date when you cancelled the license? Did you make the purchase from the same email ID?
