ABBONAMENTO

Question

Salve, è possibile "congelare" l abbonamento e riprenderlo tra qualche mese. Perché sto pagando inutilmente senza accedere.
Ho iniziato il periodo gratuito poi ho effettuato il pagamento per i primi 2 mesi e praticamente adesso non posso disdettare altrimenti devo pagare una penale.
Assurdo.
