Hallo 🙂
Ich habe folgendes Problem:
Ich hatte für einige Zeit die Adobe Creative Cloud mit allen Anwendungen zum Studentenrabatt, wo man jährlich 230,90€ zahlt. Nun ist dieser abgelaufen und ich habe die E-Mails leider zu spät gesehen, weshalb ich nicht früh genug reagieren konnte.
Mein Abo wurde also am 9. Juni automatisch verlängert zum vollen Preis. Bedeutet, ich muss jetzt 797€ zahlen, was für mich leider nicht möglich ist.
Was passiert mit meinem Account, wenn ich die Zahlung nicht tätigen kann?
Und habe ich irgendwie noch die Möglichkeit, das Abo zu kündigen?
Danke schon mal im Voraus.
Bin gerade etwas verzweifelt.
