Hallo,

 

Ich habe vorgestrrern mein Abo verlängert, die Zahlung über Paypal wurde auch ausgelößt.

Nur leider ist nun mein Abo weg, wenn ich auf "Abrechnung und Zahlung bearbeiten" klicke geht das Fenster kurz auf und schliest sich dann gleich wieder, und es wird am untern Bildschirmrand "Fehler" in rot angezeigt.

 

Könnte da mal bitte wer schauen ?

Ich kann so mein Abo leider nicht nutzen, in der Desktop App steht auch nur das ich die Gratis Version testen kann...

Okay, now it Worked Again. 

But when i Change my Subscribtion to a new One, it finished the process but afterwards its the same.

I do not see my Subscribtion.

Now it`s day 5 where i cant use my Subscribtion.

I Tryed Phone Adobe

Phone doesent Work, Chat Dosent Work.....

How do i get help ?

I Tryed:

 

Diffrent Browser

Diffrent PC

On a Android 

And in Private Mode on every Browser, it all the same. I get this Error.

I also tryed an new fresh Windows VM without adblocker or something.

I tryed everything but i cannot Manage my subscription because the Window will not Open if i Click it.

Since your paid subscription is reverting to trial, follow these four steps (details here):

  • Make sure your subscription is active
  • Sign out and then sign in
  • Update your Creative Cloud apps
  • Remove entries in the hosts file
