Abonnement a creative cloud

Bonsoir,

J'ai installé creative cloud étudiant tout est très bien installé!

Mais lors de mon achat c'était marqué "coché cette case si vous voulez 30 jours d'essai gratuit" je l'ai donc coché. Je me suis donc inscrit a ce jour pour 1 an. Mais normalement puisque j'ai créé le compte seulement aujourd'hui avec + 30 jours gratuit ça me fait l'abonnement logiquement jusqu'au 17/12/2024.

Comment faire pour avoir réellement les 30 jours gratuits ?

.. and if you decide to use adobe's chat, type agent in the chaf field to bypass the ai help.
