Merci

The student subscription has a discounted rate for the first year and then a less discounted price after the first year.

Please go to Adobe Customer Service (make sure to sign in to your Adobe account first and allow popups on your browser):
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen will automatically open the chat window.
Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person.

You may also be able to contact Adobe by phone:

@Henri31771682tll8 is correct. if you change plans (by cancelling one and starting another) and see a cancellation fee, that fee should be refunded by contacting adobe support:

there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

you should have had 1-2 weeks after you were notified (check the spam folder of the email used to subscribe) to cancel without a penalty.
