Dear Adobe Support Team,

I recently noticed a charge of $55.56 on my card for an Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Stock subscription. However, I have never used these services and was not aware of this charge.

I kindly request a refund for this payment, as I did not authorize or use the subscription. Additionally, I have already canceled the subscription to prevent further charges.

Please let me know the next steps to process the refund. I appreciate your assistance in resolving this m

atter.

Thanks for writing in, @yahyobek_3868

I checked your account details and found that you have Adobe Illustrator subscribed to your Adobe account. Earlier you had Adobe Stock subscribed which is now cancelled. I could not find Adobe Photoshop listed there.
Where did you see that you were charged for Adobe Photoshop? Could you share more details? We'll look into this for you.

In addition to this, please check out this article about unknown charges and see if it helps: https://adobe.ly/42h5LPd

Looking forward to your response

If you are sure you did not give your credit card number to start a trial you need to call your credit card company and report fraud... and cancel your card to get one with a new number

there's more likely to be a penalty if you're canceling an annual subscription before the end of the obligation.

make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

and for info on how to cancel your subscription, this page describes the few steps involved, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

if you're unable to follow the steps described, you'll need to await help from an adobe employee for the next step.  (if you don't get a reply here from a badged employee within 24 hours, repost.)
