Seit Monaten bucht Adobe von derselben Bankverbindung ab. Jede Zahlung wurde eingelöst. Es gab keine Rücklastschrift. Die letzte Abbuchung erfolgte am 08.04.2025. Ich erhalte seit einigen Tagen bei jedem öffnen einer Adobe App, z.B. PDF im Acrobat diese Meldung (siche Screentshot).
We appreciate you reaching out. I could not find any pending payment related issues with your account. It is absolutely fine at our end. Could you sign out of your CC desktop app and sign back in. Let us know if it brings any change.
Hi Shivangi, Thank you for your response. Before posting here in the Community, I had already signed out, reinstalled Acrobat, and signed back in. The issue persisted, which led me to create this post. Since then, I haven’t made any changes, and the message has now disappeared on its own. I hope this doesn’t become a recurring issue every few weeks. Thank you for your efforts.
