Hi,
Since I have purchased an Adobe Creative Cloud plan I am not able to acess my information account or the plan I subscribed and I have not even been able to check what are the dates of resiliation and what is the amount of the monthly payments. Anything related to my account and plan is available since the beginning. It's been 20 days. The message it's showned as the printscreen I send as attachement.
A huge bug from the site I know, but zero direct costumer service and we're having to help each other is so out of line and ridiculous. Just an after thought...hehe.
Sitill can please someone help me.
