Accidental dual subscription (Photo subscription & Lightroom 1 TB)

Hi community,

I'm a non-commercial user and most of the time, I only need LR, LRC and LR Mobile.

I now see that I have 2 subscriptions in parallel which I didn't think was possible:

- Creative Cloud Photo subscription where LR is bundled with PS (about 25 bucks/mo)

- LR 1 TB subscription (which is all I need, about 15 bucks/mo)

I think this is because LR was nagging me erronously that my subscription was running out, and in my anger I must have purchased a 2nd subscription - I didn't think this was possible as I now have a dual LR subscription for a royal 40 bucks/mo...

How can I get rid of the "big" PS subscription without paying the penalty fee?

Cheers

Thank you Jeffrey, it seems like they could solve the problem.

No I have to wait and see if my desktop app (LR on Mac) will again start nagging me that I need to "renew my subscription" although I still have my 1 TB LR subscription...

if you do see that arise, start here, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/stop-creative-cloud-trial-mode-after-purchase.html

ONLY IF YOUR ACCOUNT SHOWS A SUBSCRIPTION WITH NO PAYMENT PROBLEMS, proceed to these steps -

https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/resolve-trial-and-license-expired-errors.html

and if that fails, https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/adobe-license-issues-keychain-credential-mgr.html

additionally, below are solutions some users reported:

if those all fail, change your cc language. eg, try international english

if that fails, change the install location
