Accidental paid subscription - how to contact real person for refund ?

Hello

My employer already has a corporate subscription to Adobe.

However I have just realised that back in August I accidentally clicked on a paid link & have been paying £4.99 every month ever since.Please note I have never opened or used this paid service.

I have now just realised & cancelled.

I have tried to contact Adobe but only get the virtual chat assistant. This then leads me to a paid link - £1 + £24.00 ....ie having to pay to refund my original payments !!!!!!!

Please can anyone help me with next steps to obtain a refund ?

Any help greatly appreciated

Hi @Borischelski,

Thanks for writing in. I checked and found that you have cancelled all your active subscriptions. The last day for the subscription term will be March 21, 2025.

yes, you have to cancel during the trial or subsequent 1 week grace period to be eligible for a refund.  otherwise, you're subject to a penalty if you canceled an annual subscription before the term date.  here are the details, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html
