Accidental paid subscription - how to contact real person for refund ?
Hello
My employer already has a corporate subscription to Adobe.
However I have just realised that back in August I accidentally clicked on a paid link & have been paying £4.99 every month ever since.Please note I have never opened or used this paid service.
I have now just realised & cancelled.
I have tried to contact Adobe but only get the virtual chat assistant. This then leads me to a paid link - £1 + £24.00 ....ie having to pay to refund my original payments !!!!!!!
Please can anyone help me with next steps to obtain a refund ?
