Accidentally missed cut off for auto renewal, now tied in for a year

4 days after the auto renewal realised I missed the opportunity to cancel. Spoken to Help Chat which says they cant cancel or refund. I don't use this account, don't want the app - how can this be fixed/undone? There must be a way surely?
