Accidentally signed into school account as personal

I accidentally signed into a school account as a personal account, now the subscription is not renewing and I can't sign in as a school account as clicking on that option causes it to load for a long time before the link breaks. Any help is appreciated.

sign out and then back in to your cc desktop application using the same adobe id used to verify your subscription: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/sign-in-out-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

Thank you for the suggestion, however the sign out box is greyed out.
