Account Access Issue and Unauthorized Cancellation
Hi Adobe Community,
I’ve been experiencing a serious issue with my Adobe Creative Cloud account, and I’m hoping someone can help or point me in the right direction.
A while ago, I received an email stating:
"Your admin at LEA Architecture PLLC has granted you access to Creative Cloud (all applications)."
This was confusing because I’m not part of any such organization. I didn’t make any changes to my account, and I have no connection with "LEA Architecture PLLC." Concerned, I immediately changed my password for security reasons.
However, shortly after this, I received another email titled “Confirmation of your cancellation,” which said:
"Your cancellation has been processed. Your service will end on October 3, 2024 (PT). After this, your account will revert to a free plan with limited access to Creative Cloud services and 2GB of free storage."
I did NOT request this cancellation. Additionally, my subscription was supposed to run until mid-November 2024. The cancellation occurred after I had a chat with a support agent.
To make things more confusing, I also received a welcome email afterward saying:
“Your admin at Live Action has granted you access to Creative Cloud (all applications).”
Again, I’ve never made any changes or joined an organization called "Live Action."
I’m really concerned that my account might have been compromised, and I’m not sure what steps to take next. Has anyone encountered something similar or can offer advice? I’ve already contacted Adobe support, but I want to ensure my account is secure and prevent further unauthorized actions.
Thank you in advance for any help!
