Account Cancellation
I wish to cancel my account, Adobe indicates I will be charged fees but at no point informs me of when I can cancel the acccount free of charge (I guess probably in one year's time). Impossible to speak to anyone and I have never received renewal email. Of course Adobe make its real hard for you to cancel. New technology methods driving the human side of customers nuts... this is a good reason enough to definitely cancel my Adobe Account. Can someone help?
