'Your Personal Account has been deactivated. Please review our Terms of Use and contact Adobe Customer Support if you believe this is an error.'

This massgae pops up when I try to login using my registered email address, but when I contacted Accounts Support Team, they said the account is "already in active state and it is not cancelled."

Please can I get help with this at the soonest?

Thank you.

This is a public forum, you need the link to Adobe support, not other users
Be sure to remain signed in with your Adobe ID before accessing the link below
-you must also allow 'cookies' in your web browser for this to work
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/support.html for chat or https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html
-click the chat icon at the bottom right of the page to open a chat session
-the chat icon looks like '3 dots inside a circle' at the lower right
-type AGENT into the chat window to connect directly to a person rather than the AI
Do be aware that Adobe's staffing is impacted by the virus, so wait times are long
.

Simplest thing to do is login to the Main Adobe website, adobe.com, Sign In using the Adobe ID, Email Address and password, you used to purchase the subscription and check the status of the subscription and your account.

On thjat same page/site click Support and the Chat icon and type AGENT to be connected to a real person.

Hello, I already did that. The agent on the other end told me post on this community.
