What to do if the email on the account is no longer in use? The university changed my email account, they only changing the first name to a new one, because there were too many people with the same name at the university.
But I didn't remember to fix the email on the account.
I can use Photoshop on my computer, but I can't update the new email from the settings and I can't even close my account, because all the actions require logging in to the old email account, which doesn't exist.
What can I do and I couldn't even ask Adobe support for advice, because that also required logging in with the old email.

Hi @klaus_flemings2,
Thanks for reaching out.
As checked, you have an active Enterprise subscription associated with the Adobe ID used to post this query. Please note that you're unable to update the email address from the settings because the license assigned to you by your university is associated with a Federated ID. Federated IDs are created, owned, and managed by the organization. User credentials are managed through Single Sign-On (SSO) using a SAML2 identity provider. You can learn more about this here:
https://adobe.ly/3Z4ZIMJ
If you wish to update your email address or have the license reassigned to another account, you'll need to contact your university's Adobe admin. The admin can either update your email or reassign the license to a different account. More details can be found in this guide:
https://adobe.ly/4kie4SB
If you're unsure who your admin is, refer to this article:
https://adobe.ly/44ZazM0
Note: This information is only visible if your admin has set it up for your organization. If no details appear, you can try reaching out to your teacher or IT department.
If you’re facing this issue with a different account or subscription, please send me the Adobe ID associated with that account via personal message. Here’s how to send a message:

Hope this helps. Let me know if you need further assistance.
Regards,

Thanks for the answer, but let me clarify. I created this account today (for the university) because I can't ask for support from my personal Adobe account because it requires logging in through my personal Adobe account and again, the email from my personal Adobe account is no longer in use, so I can't even ask Adobe support for advice, so I had to create a new account for the question. The personal Adobe account was created with the university's email because students got a discount back then. So I'm currently logged in online with two Adobe accounts..., although the second one only opens when I open Photoshop

Hi @klaus_flemings2,
As checked, you’ve been assigned a Creative Cloud All Apps plan on the Adobe ID used to post this query, provisioned by your university.
Since your university has changed your email address, you cannot access the previous account linked to the old email. Please note that this email is owned and managed by your university, and we cannot change emails on Federated ID or Enterprise accounts.
You’ll need to contact your university’s Adobe admin or IT department to temporarily revert your account email to the previous address. Once access is restored, and if it’s an individual subscription, you can log in and update the primary email address by following the steps in this guide:
Change your Adobe account email address
Kindly send me your previous email via private message so I can check the subscription type to assist you further.
Regards,
^AN
