Hi!
My account connected with my work email has been deactivated. I don't know why, as I have not requested any de-activation myself. I work for the university, and they have bought me Abobe Pro, which is connected to my work email address, and the email address associated with the purchase cannot be changed. The problem now is that I cannot use Abobe Pro as I cannot access my account with my work email.
I cannot find a wait to re-activate my account, nor a way to contact the support.
Could anyone help me with this issue?
Thank you!

Is the account managed by your university? As part of an Enterprise subscription? Then contact your University's helpdesk.
You see that when signing out to your account and singing in again. If it asks you to choose the personal or the University's profile, it is an Enterprise account.

No, I don't think it belongs to an Enterprise subscription. I don't see the double account, and Abobe Acrobat Pro DC was bought as a single license for me.
