Hello, I got the subscription to adobe lightroom on my mobile then on my MacBook through Apple. I am currently subscribed to my MacBook account and it is not allowing me to access adobe on my Mac. All of my photos are in that account how do I get back into it? Please help I have clients photos in there.

I did, but now all of my photos on my cloud are gone how do I get them back?
