Hello I have an issue where the accounts management page say i have access to Pro and it installs and works but if i look on the Web or in creative cloud it says i do not have access
As you can see from above the adobe icon has a blue lock icon saying not available in current plan

You do not have a Creative Cloud subscription, but an Acrobat DC Pro subscription, wich allows you to access Acrobat applications on your computers and mobile devices. Where on the web are you looking for this screen?
