Hi,

I'm trying to log into my Adobe account to download my latest invoice, but the website doesn’t fully load. The page starts loading and then hangs — it just stays stuck, and I see it's trying to load banners or some scripts, but nothing happens.

I’ve tried:
- Different browsers (Chrome, Firefox, etc.)
- Incognito/private windows
- Clearing cache
- Even trying from another device

Nothing works, and I still can't access the billing/invoice section. I urgently need to get my invoice — could it be sent to my email, or is there another way to download it?

We're sorry for the inconveneince. Which website are you trying to load? Usually with Chrome you should not face any issues. Please try steps shared in this link for help: https://adobe.ly/4orjU6v;

ie, after checking the corrected link (https://helpx.adobe.com/in/manage-account/using/print-creative-cloud-invoice.html) if you still have a problem, use a different updated browser.  mobile phone browsers usually work especially if wifi is disabled.
