Hi there,
I had to download an Adobe subscription for uni in the middle of last year (so not a full year since joining). I needed a range of apps such as Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat and more. I downloaded through the uni and the links provided. I am still being charged the same price as when I originally signed up but I am not able to access any of the apps. I was charged less than a week ago and can still update the apps. When trying to use them it pops up a notification to start a 7-day free trial or to buy the apps. I have no clue how to fix this? Could this be due to the school year finishing in December - if so, why am I still be charged for apps I cant use? (just a thought)
thanks so much.
