Account with INCORRECT email address

Hello Team! Need your help in cancelling my free trial.
Context: I created an account last week but unfortunately I was not able to check the email address that I used. Since there's no verification or confirmation needed when creating an account, I thought that there's no problem. Today, I got automatically signed out and to be able to access it again, it says that there was a code sent to my email. This is when I discovered that the email address I used was actually incorrect. I don't have any access to that email (a character was missing).
The problem now is that my free trial on that account ends on March 9. However, I cannot cancel it myself since I don't have access to that account. My card is connected to that account.
Please help me in resolving this. Thanks!
