Activate subscription

Hello everyone,

I have the problem that I bought the photo subscription. but my account currently only says that I have the free creative cloud subscription. Do I have to wait until the test version is over? Does the subscription activate itself? Or how else can I activate it?

Please help me 🙂

Log-in to your account  below to confirm your paid subscription is active and your payment details are up to date.

Evening, the link you sent me there I see my subscription but I am already registered and where should I register below? the only question is then about the region.

I didn't say anything about changing your region. But if it helps you, go ahead.

I said if you still need help, click Contact Adobe.   See screenshot.  Failing that, try with a different web browser/device that doesn't have script blockers.

Try signing out of your account, restart the computer, and then sign in to your account.

It sometimes can take 24 hours for your account to be updated.
