Actualizar tarjeta de credito | digital river

Hola! se me vencio la tarjeta, y no puedo actualizar el pago desde la pagina de adobe, ya que esta a traves de digital river. 

¿como puedo actualizar los datos ?

I was able to change the credit card with the following DigitalRiver link

Still waiting the charge me the current month.

I'm experiencing the same issue, I cannot update the credit card, adobe.com indicates to go to adobe store but it always arise the error 404 (already checked on different browsers). As old Adobe users from South America, Argentina, in the past the only way to suscribe was through Digital River, it was transparent because it was on adobe.com web page.

I found this web page https://shop.adobe.com/store/adbehap/DisplayCategoryProductListPage/CategoryID.62214900/Currency.ARS from digitalriver but I cannot login, there is an issue in between Adobe and them.
I hope @Shivangi_Gupta o adobe can help us.

Note: canceling my current account and changing to a new one it cost me 10 times more.


I repeat, I hope Adobe can provide me a better solution for a customer that is loyal for more than 10 years.

Alguien pudo comunicarse? Yo acabo de mandar un mail, desde adobe me tratan de convencer de que me pase a una subscripción directamente con ellos

I've sent an email to Digital Services, we'll see what their answer is, IF they answer. 
I have the same issue as most people, when logging in to Adobe, I try to update my billing information and I get sent to a 404 page. This wasn't happening a few months back. Adobe support said they can't do anything, that the only option would be to either contact my reseller or cancel my subscription and renew with them.
