Adobe asked my phone number then I entered it. Then, I received whatsapp message called ADA OTP containing a code for authentication but finally I followed to enter it. Is that ADA OTP safe?

yes. Adobe asked my phone number after I had successfully signed in with my email and password

Adobe also sent me email, in the name of *Adobe message@adobe.com*
