ho notato due addebiti di 26,64 € sul mio conto corrente a nome Adobe, il primo effettuato il 1° settembre 2025.
Avevo attivato solo una prova gratuita di Photoshop e l’ho cancellata prima della scadenza, quindi non ho alcun abbonamento attivo.
Sul mio account Adobe risulta:
Nessun piano pagato
Nessun abbonamento attivo
solo il trial a costo 0
Vi chiedo gentilmente di verificare l’addebito e di procedere al rimborso dell’importo addebitato, confermando che non ci siano addebiti in corso o futuri.

I checked and everything is correct: there are no plans activated, so I can't understand why they are taking this money and how to solve the situation.

They don't tell me, because I have to enter my credit card numbers, but I don't have one. I used my bank account for the trial.

nothing, no payment, no product, no purchase or plan, no other accounts. Only the trial I did months ago at 0 euros.

Thanks for reaching out. As per your account details, you cancelled your plan in August when the last transaction was made. There is no transaction requested for September, 2025.
Did you speak with your bank about this?

Hi, I asked the bank to revoke the payment. I’m attaching a picture of my bank account. As you can see, there are two transactions, but I only signed up for the Photoshop trial, which I canceled before August 5, the day the trial was supposed to expire. Therefore, there is no reason to charge me anything.

adobe's not charging you. it's someone pretending to be adobe.
again report fraud.
