Adding new application to my acount

I am trying to add After Effects into my account, but the only way is paying all the license for the programm is there anyway to join it into my plan and not pay the entire license for it ?

You can Subscribe to that One program through the main Adobe website.

To use After Effects, you need a paid plan to either After Effects or the Creative Cloud ALL APPS plan. 

If unsure, log-in to your account portal below to check your plan's status.
