Participant ,

Went to my adobe account to update my billing and payment.....

Surprise the option edit billing and payment  is blank.... like I have no plan !!!!

but I do for so many years, last billing was 4 march 2025, so i need to edit my billing before the next payment...

when I follow update information from Adobe help:  account.adobe.com/plans.

it's like I don't have a plan but i do have one...

How come I do have access to my invoices but not to edit payment and billing ?

So what are the option ???

thanks for your assistance-help-solution , that will be appreciated

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
