Recently, when I click on 'Adobe Account' it momentarily shows my account page, but immediately redirects to Creative Cloud apps page, hence I cannot get to my account details anymore. This worked fine in the past.
Browser is Firefox 105.0.3 on Win10.
account.adobe.com loads then redirects to https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop.
must have been an adobe issue with some of their servers.

clear your adobe.com cookies and retry.
if that fails, use a different browser.
bottomline: your link is correct and works for me.

Thank you.
I tried Edge, never before used for Adobe, had to re-authenticate, etc. However, once again, my account page immediately redirects to the CC home page - still no account access!
I'll try another computer now. I tried my iPad - same redirect problem. I tried a friend in UK (where I am based), his account page does indeed show correctly.
It appears to be either a problem with my account, rather than my computers. Anything I can do?

@aks100, i saw one other report of the same issue today. i'd never seen that reported previously, so i'm not so sure the problem is isolated to you only. but try use a browser that allows popups and cookies and contact adobe support by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human
p.s you can also use phone (but chat is usually quicker), https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html
p.p.s. you can also use twitter to tweet @AdobeCare
p.p.p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com...

Whenever I attempt to access my account information through "Adobe Account" or "Account Settings," it redirects to the creative cloud homepage. This is terribly unhelpful when I'm trying to download the invoice for this month so I can report it to my company. Don't make me rely on the URL history to get to Billing.
Windows 11 Pro, Firefox latest. Go to Adobe.com, log in, click top right icon for account drop-down, click Adobe Account or Account Settings, enjoy useless redirect.

check your account to verify your subscription is what you expect and to verify your adobe id, https://accounts.adobe.com
if you're redirected from when using the link above, clear your adobe.com cookies, and if that fails, use a different browser. if that fails, use a browser in incognito mode.

This happens even after clearing cookies and with cache disabled using developer tools. I'm sure the web developers at the professional software company can figure out how to make the website do what it says it will do.

@Christina26631899fhyh, did you try incognito mode?
p.s. the link above works fine for me (pacific northwese, usa) with no browser changes. maybe there's something different going on with the servers handling your part of the world.
if so, retry in an hour.

@Christina26631899fhyh, i've seen two other users reporting of the same thing this morning (pst), here https://community.adobe.com/t5/account-payment-plan-discussions/adobe-account-page-redirects-to-crea...

@aks100, @Rich26517598jm37 , @Christina26631899fhyh i merged the two threads with this identical (unusual problem).
i'm not sure that's going to help, but if anyone finds a solution, post it back here to benefit the others with the same problem.

I'm getting exactly the same thing, exactly as described by @aks100
Browser is Brave Version 1.39.122 Chromium: 102.0.5005.115 (Official Build) (x86_64)
Running on MacOS 12.6

As an update to the thread: account.adobe.com/plans does not redirect so using that URL should work. I still think that account.adobe.com should not redirect, but this is a workaround in the meantime.
