Adobe Account Two Factor

To setup Two factor authentication by verification by e-mail, backup authentication method required. It is asking for phone number however there are people who don't have phone or can recieve texts. Please remove backup authentication requirement to turn on two factor. There is recovery method already setup like secondary e-mail. Please fix this.
