Adobe Acrobat free trial

I did the free trial for Adobe Pro and have now been charged as I intend to keep it but when I went to use it, it brought me back to, do you want to do a free trial. I need to use it NOW for work. Please help.

check your account, https://account.adobe.com for your subscription. does it show a payment problem, or a current subscription?

There is no such thing as Adobe Pro... do you mean Acrobat Pro?

Are you using a computer or a cell phone?
