Hello,

I received a code for 'Adobe Acrobat Pro DC 2019' from a friend. Unfortunately, when I enter it on the license page (https://account.adobe.com/products), it tells me that the code is incorrect. He bought this code recently, I have confirmation that it works. What could be causing this problem? I also cannot find the installer of the application for which I have the code

If you are talking about a serial number (6 groups of 4 numbers) you may not use a serial number that belongs to someone else without doing an official transfer
