Hi, All Adobe has been engaging in unconscionable conduct deleting posts to cover up their illegal behaviour. I've been with Adobe for over two decades working in troubleshooting never seen such discrimination against a person with disabilities to deny them their consumer rights. First Post was removed as it was getting too much traction. I've included the original Chat they are trying to cover up and the page deletion for evidence. Very dodgy company.

1. posts don't get removed for criticizing adobe. they can be removed for a number of reasons including complaints with no discernable end or purpose.

for example, if you ask for a refund from adobe support without a valid reason and are denied that doesn't mean adobe's billing policies are illegal.

but rather than continue a thread that's doing nothing productive (because nothing regarding billing can be done on the basis of what you post in the forums), notify your state or countries legal authorities if you're convinced something illegal was done.  or if you want to discuss a billing misunderstanding, contact adobe support again.

2. if you need help with an app (or apps crashing), posting in the forums is appropriate.
