I thought I was signing up for a six month trial. At the end of 6 mos my account said I had no active plan.  in Month 7 Adobe charged me a monthly fee AGAIN and then wanted $40+ to CANCEL the plan.  What is wrong with this company?  Do they just want to slash and burn customers?
Spent 30+ minutes waiting for Customer Service and finally gave up (wait time was 1 minute).
Adobe,  denying people the ability to cancel without paying a FEE is [wrong].  I'll never purchase another Adobe product, EVER AGAIN.

When you 'click to agree' to the subscription terms while buying a subscription, that means that you really do need to read BEFORE you enter your credit card number to buy a subscription... See this page for more information, including a yellow highlited section from the subscription page https://community.adobe.com/t5/account-payment-plan/cancellation/m-p/12153645

Why did you think that?

It certainly wasn't in the agreement that you approved.

Adobe doesn't offer  6 month trials.

Adobe offers a 7 day free trial for Creative Cloud, after which it automatically converts to a paid annual subscription (12 months) unless you cancel within the 14 day grace period.
