Question

Adobe cancelled my 1 year subscription, even though I have 5 months left

The title says it all. I bought a adobe subscription through a 3rd party (Which I have already contacted but haven't gotten back from yet). I bought a 1 year subscription on the 17th of November 2023. It is now the 30th of June 2024 and for some reason it says that my subscription has been cancelled and I lose access to the adobe programs within 6 days unless I buy a new subscription.

What the heck is this mess? I paid for the subscirption, I expect to get a full year's worth of access. I want this fixed.

For those who are curious. Adobe wasn't able to help. Apperantly the deal the 3rd party company and Adobe had established, had expired. It was being renewed but that took a few days. In those few days all their customers got this message but it has since disappeared.

so, you never lost use of your subscrption apps?

technically I did. I got the message that it was cancelled and got the 7 day countdown that you get when a subscription ends. That count down gives you time to renew your subscription without losing your access to the programs suddenly.

It has since been reinstated tho. Meaning I can use it for the next few months before having to renew it.

i think you mean you were warned you would lose the apps, but there was not a day when you were unable to open your apps.

Who did you buy it from?

Are they on the list of authorized resellers?

Did you have a Teams subscription? As that type of subscription is the only one that you can book via a vendor! If your subscruption was ridiculous cheap, you found a scammer vendor. And then your money is gone.

As you used a vendor, your only option is to contact this vendor, and as they don't reply, chances are, that your licence was not legal. (BTW: how do you know that Adobe did cancel?)
